Overview
This article explains how to view and manage your ChatFlow subscription plan, track usage, and handle billing details.
Viewing Your Current Plan
2. Click on Settings or Billing in the left sidebar
3. Select Subscription or Plan Details
4. You will see your current plan name, features included, and renewal date
Available Plans
ChatFlow offers multiple subscription tiers to suit different business sizes:
- Starter: Ideal for small businesses with basic messaging needs
- Growth: Suitable for growing teams with more contacts and campaigns
- Pro: Advanced features including bots, API access, and higher message limits
- Enterprise: Custom plans for large-scale operations
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click Upgrade Plan or Change Plan
3. Select the desired plan
4. Review the pricing and features
5. Confirm the change and complete the payment if required
Managing Payment Methods
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Payment Methods
3. Add or update your credit/debit card or bank details
4. Set a default payment method for auto-renewal
Viewing Invoices and Payment History
1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices
2. View all past invoices with dates and amounts
3. Download invoices in PDF format for your records
Cancelling Your Subscription
1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
4. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period
Note: Cancelling your subscription will disable access to premium features at the end of the current billing cycle.
